#2 Sweep with choke variation

  1. Hold the opponent in the left elbow and put the right hand crossed in his collar.


  2. Open the guad and turn to the side, lefting the knee at the opponent's chest level. The left leg stays close to the ground and to opponent's knee.

     

  3. Turn to the side, unbalancing the opponent. We pull the oppoent making him loose his base and letting him light to start the scissors movement.


  4. Taking the advantage of our right hand in the opponent's collar, we start a choke from the mount.


  5. If when we prepare the sweep we try a choke from the guard and the opponent defends it, we start the positions's variation.


  6. We put the knee's point at the opponent's biceps level, taking off the efficiency of his arm, which defends the choke from the guard.


  7. Pressing the knee on his biceps, we move our chest to the other side, making the choke possible.
