#2 Sweep with choke variation
- Hold the opponent in the left elbow and put the right
hand crossed in his collar.
- Open the guad and turn to the side, lefting the knee at
the opponent's chest level. The left leg stays close to
the ground and to opponent's knee.
- Turn to the side, unbalancing the opponent. We pull the
oppoent making him loose his base and letting him light
to start the scissors movement.
- Taking the advantage of our right hand in the opponent's
collar, we start a choke from the mount.
- If when we prepare the sweep we try a choke from the guard
and the opponent defends it, we start the positions's variation.
- We put the knee's point at the opponent's biceps level,
taking off the efficiency of his arm, which defends the
choke from the guard.
- Pressing the knee on his biceps, we move our chest to
the other side, making the choke possible.
- Submission detail.
